My wife and I usually text each other in Google Hangouts since it’s on all of our different devices. When Google Keyboard on Android started giving the option to insert gifs from the emoji screen, I started sending gifs instead of emoji, sometimes. This is the gif that got me banned from sending any more gifs.

Gboard is alread on her phone and tablet, and the only Apple device in my house is my Macbook Pro, so um, ok...

I love that Twitter has a built in gif search tool. Many good gifs on there, too. I do not wonder why my wife stopped using Twitter.

I just figured that since she wasn’t getting involved in the GIFs she didn’t have gboard which leads to the conclusion that she uses an iPhone.

I think she’s sent me one once, and I applauded it, but generally she thinks I’m being stupid when I send them to her. Which is...accurate.

You don’t need that kind of negativity in your life. I laughed at it.

My wife is an extremely non-negative person, she’s just not always amused by unsolicited gifs showing up in Hangouts.

Lol. Sorry should’ve put (sarcasm) my bad. I was amused.

You should send her dank memes instead. Those will either elicit an approving chuckle from her or get her to stop talking to you. Win-win.

I am not on the bandwagon of using dank as an adjective to describe memes. It is an adjective for positively describing other things that are not memes. Not that I’ve ever used it as an adjective for positively describing anything, of course.
